Data we process
The information you give in the pilot application form: your Instagram username, your email address, the product category you sell, your daily DM range, the e-commerce platform you use, your country and the language of the page you applied from. We don't store your IP address or browser information with your application.
Purpose
We use this information only to evaluate your pilot application, to verify your email address and to contact you. We don't use it for advertising or marketing lists, and we don't sell it to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the explicit consent you give in the form (KVKK Art. 5(1); for applicants in the EU, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]; if you do, we will delete your application.
Retention period
Applications whose email address isn't verified within 7 days are deleted. Verified applications are deleted automatically after 6 months. When you click the confirmation link, your dashboard account is opened too; the DMKatalog Privacy Policy applies to your account.
Transfers
The data is processed by Narhost (Türkiye), which hosts our servers, by Cloudflare, which secures the connection and runs the bot check on the form, and by our email provider, which sends you the confirmation email and sends us a notification of each verified application. These providers may be located outside Türkiye; transfers of your application data outside Türkiye are based on your explicit consent.
Bot check
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from bots. When the form comes into view, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser information to run the check; Turnstile doesn't see what you type into the form. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the form (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); for applicants in the EU, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. This tool doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you; it only produces aggregate counts. This site doesn't use cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to processing, to withdraw your consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Board; in the EU, the data protection authority in your country (KVKK Art. 11; GDPR Arts. 15–22).
